Kristen Lohr, VMD

Dr. Kristen Lohr grew up in Malvern, PA. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, and her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. After completing her studies, she has worked in emergency medicine and as a small animal clinician at DVH since 1999. Her professional interests include internal medicine, surgery, and behavior medicine. Throughout her career she has developed a love for preventative medicine and nutrition. Dr. Lohr currently resides in Berwyn, PA with her two children, 2 dogs  (Teddy Roosevelt and Queen Elizabeth),  and 2 cats (Nico and Kit). In her free time she enjoys photography and travel.

Geoff DeWire, DVM

Dr. DeWire attended the University of California, Davis which is the top ranked veterinary school in the United States where he earned the Pfizer Clinical Achievement Award for Excellence in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. DeWire completed his undergrad at Amherst College in Massachusetts, focusing on pre-vet science courses while playing four years of college football. He traded a football helmet for a bike helmet and now competes in triathlons. 
Professional Interests: In addition to medical and surgical case management, Dr. DeWire brings advanced dentistry skills and ultrasonography to Devon. 

Keith Kennedy, DVM

Dr Kennedy was raised in Buckingham, Bucks County.  He graduated from Penn State in '86 and then attended the Iowa State College of Veterinary Medicine, After two years of private practice, he completed an internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York. Prior to joining Devon Veterinary Hospital in 2011, he practiced at the Jersey Shore, Harleysville, and Reading.  In addition to cats and dogs, he likes to work with reptiles, rabbits & rodents.  Outside of work, he enjoys gardening and yardwork, cooking, going to the shore, singing in the church choir, and searching for the secret to golf! He lives in Malvern with his talkative orange tiger cat and his quiet Border Collie mix.

Karen Brockman, VMD
Dr. Karen Brockman grew up in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania. She graduated from The University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 and completed a rotating internship at Regional Veterinary Referral Center in Springfield, Virginia in 2009. Since then, she has worked in veterinary emergency and critical care and small animal primary care. Her special interests in veterinary medicine include internal medicine, emergency care and geriatric/end of life care. Prior to becoming a veterinarian, Dr. Brockman worked as an archaeologist and in museum studies in the American West. She enjoys training and competing with  her dogs in agility and nosework. She also loves the outdoors, travel, Native American culture and arts, and spending time with family and friends.
