Special Care Grooming
We realize that some pets have more physical and emotional challenges than others. Our grooming team is very experienced in handling these challenges. We will go out of our way to make their surroundings comfortable and as stress free as possible. Our grooming team is also prepared to work with our medical team to help dogs that experience anxiety in grooming situations. Whether this is playing relaxing music, soft voices or anti-anxiety medication we are prepared to work with you. Special handling fees may apply and we are happy to discuss this with you prior to your appointment.
All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper for service, or they must have a doctor’s letter of exemption prior to their appointment.
Matted dogs are subject to dematting fees or shorter blade cuts. This will be communicated to you at the time of assessment when you drop off for your appointment.
