New Client Form

"We had both our dogs here for visits and shots. Buffy had kidney disease and we would have to bring her in every 3 months or so for blood work and constant monitoring. We did that for about 2 years with nothing but good things to say. Diesel would visit occasionally for normal check ups and shots. Both our dogs took their last breaths here and I felt nothing but love from all the staff members and Vets. Our dog diesel who was almost 14 became very ill and we call Friday 15 minutes before closing and they squeezed us in Saturday morning to end his suffering. If you're in the area I would highly recommend this Vet. Thanks again for everything you did for my dogs..."
