What are the hospital hours?
Our hospital is open:
MONDAY-FRIDAY 7:30AM-6:00PM
SATURDAY-8:00AM-3:00PM
SUNDAY- CLOSED
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, patients are seen by appointment.
Can I get help over the phone?
We're happy to help you in any way possible; however medical advice can rarely be given over the phone. We cannot give medical advice without examining the patient. If you have a concern about your pet, we usually advise you to schedule a time to bring him or her to the hospital so that you can meet with a doctor.
If your pet ingested a medication or suspected toxin, please either call the hospital so we can advise you of any appropriate action or you call the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435 for specific instructions. If you are instructed to bring your pet to a veterinary hospital, you will be provided with a case number that will allow our doctors to contact the Animal Poison Control Center for further information upon your arrival. The assigned case number should be brought with you to the hospital. For after hours emergencies we recommend contacting Hope Veterinary Specialists at (610) 296-2099, located in Malvern, PA.
Can I visit my pet?
If your pet is hospitalized please call us to arrange a visitation time. Whether this visit will be in an exam room or cageside will be determined based on your pet's condition at the time of each visit.
