Boarding Requirements

• All pets must be current on vaccinations. 
  • Dogs: DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella
  • Cats: FVRCP, Rabies
• Devon Veterinary Hospital has my permission to do whatever is necessary should an emergency arise.
• We cannot take any bedding or toys. Please allow us to provide your pet with the comforts of home. 
• Pennsylvania State Law requires all dogs have a current dog license. PA kennels are subject to random and frequent inspections. Dogs with no current license are subject to fines by the state. 
• Our technicians administer medications and will provide any additional medical care your pet may require. 
• Payment is due on date of discharge.
