Dr Rundell received her undergraduate education at St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing and at the University of Pittsburgh. After a professional nursing career, Dr. Rundell graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993 and began a new career at the Devon Veterinary Hospital. She is married and lives with her husband, two daughters, son, two golden retrievers, and three cats.
