Carol is the owner and chief of staff at the Devon Veterinary Hospital. Her undergraduate degree is from Shippensburg University and she received her MS from New York University. A 1984 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Caracand began her professional career at Devon Veterinary Hospital and became the owner in 1988. She is married and resides in Berwyn with her husband, three dogs and two cats.
